Fertilization process on jackfruit trees

1. Fertilizer dosage

Basic construction stage: 3 – 5 kg/tree, fertilize twice a year (beginning and end of rainy season)
Fruit-bearing stage: 7 – 10 kg/tree, fertilize twice a year:

+ 1st time: after harvesting the main jackfruit crop, prune the branches to create a canopy, remove ineffective branches and diseased branches, fertilize: 4 – 5 kg/tree. + 2nd time: end of rainy season: remove ineffective branches and diseased branches, prune small fruits, deformed fruits, branches with too many fruits, then fertilize: 4 – 5 kg/tree.

2. Fertilization method

Before fertilizing, cut the grass around the tree canopy and lightly hoe. Spread the fertilizer evenly around the canopy. If it does not rain, water enough for the fertilizer to ferment and dissolve (in dry weather, water for 3 consecutive days, once a day).
